A freelance writer with a keen sense of curiosity, eye for detail, and experience in content creation and long and short-form journalism—I love the craft of telling stories.
I'm inquisitive, creative, and fascinated by the world. I have a passion for people and a deep interest in food, culture, travel, and well-being.
I hold a BA in writing and rhetoric, an MFA in creative non-fiction writing, and an MA in psychology. I'm also trained as yoga instructor and meditation guide.
